Her leisure time pursuits in other transformative activities – interior design, gardening and landscaping, underscore her ability to envision what’s possible.
Corliss built upon her 25 years of director-level HR experience in technology, manufacturing and health care to create Soft Solutions Consulting. She continues her own professional and personal development, exploring methodologies, earning certifications and giving back to the community in which she resides. Her welcoming and congenial style has earned her the “HR Momma” moniker that’s on her license plate. But her heart for people is well-balanced with her head for business – especially the practices that contribute to success and profitability.
She is a Society for Human Resource Management board member and has earned many certifications in professional and personal development as well as coaching.
